Company Overview As a small company, we are extremely flexible and can provide a level of service and attention to detail that is unusual in larger companies. We have a long and trusted relationship with several manufacturers which allows us to influence and work constructively with them to solve unusual problems. We are continually adding to the range of products that we can supply and can therefore supply a hybrid system that matches the customer’s requirements completely. Many other companies are restricted in the equipment they can offer. We can supply everything from a seal, through a simple glass vessel to a completely automated and integrated system. We normally hold £200,000 of stock items so many spare parts can be delivered on the next working day. What we don’t hold in stock in the UK, may still be available in Europe at short notice. Spare parts are still available for equipment supplied 20 years ago! We have a showroom with many pieces of equipment installed and operable. It is usually constructive for new customers to visit and acquaint themselves with the equipment firsthand. Alternatively the smaller equipment can be brought to the customer. Face to face meetings to discuss the customer’s requirements and the potential alternatives solve many problems. Previous experience has shown that it is always worthwhile spending time on the planning stage to ensure that the equipment supplied is exactly what is required. We encourage customers to visit the factories in Europe during production in order to see the quality of our facilities and many small changes can be made late in the project. A drawing does not always give a perfect view of how the final equipment will function. Company Background The company was founded in 1975 by Ken Kimble to supply quality chemical equipment to the oil, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Over the years the company has grown, mainly through word of mouth and repeat business. We pride ourselves on our customer service and attention to detail. We supply equipment to customers’ specifications rather than limiting users to what is readily available. We work with our suppliers and our customers to continually improve and innovate. As a result we now count most of the world’s largest pharmaceutical and chemical companies amongst our customers. We also deal with many smaller projects especially University research departments. |
