The Totally Inert Reactor
The Inertclave is a completely inert version of the BEP280 autoclave system. It uses the Type 1 and Type 1B glass vessels with or without a PTFE bottom outlet valve, from 0.5 to 1.6 litres, but with no metal in contact with the process.
The coverplate is constructed from PEEK and vessels are stirred using a glass magnetic drive, for efficient stirring to 700 rpm. The vessels sit in a stand with a sliding
polycarbonate protective door. This makes access to the vessels much easier than before, while still maintaining safety.
Pressure rating from -1 to + 6 Bar.
Temperature rating from -50oC to +180oC.
