There is now available a wide range of magnetic couplings for pressures up to 350 bar or to fit conical joints, with or without integrated motors.
The concept of the magnetic
drive for stirrer shafts has been proven over years of service. Our couplings are sturdily built for everyday use. They are characterised by quick and easy cleaning and a long service life even when in
continuous use.
The drives are easy to maintain with only the replaceable bearings subject to wear. All our magnetic couplings now have no visible external rotating components, a feature
which makes working with these magnetic drives even more safe and reliable.
The magnetic drives are corrosion resistant with all components under pressure being made from high-alloy stainless
steel. The product line includes magnetic drives with various torques, up to 5,400 Ncm, various pressure ratings, up to 350 bar and constructed from any weldable metal e.g. Hastelloy, Inconel, Titanium
and Tantalum.
BMD Range: Compact magnetic couplings rated up to 350 bar for metal vessels, can be fitted with a conical joint for atmospheric glassware.
Cyclone Range: Compact magnetic couplings fitted with an integrated DC drive for stirrer speeds up to 3000 rpm
Inert Magnetic Couplings: A range of magnetic couplings with no metal contact parts. Available either as a simple magnetic coupling or with an integrated drive motor.
Specials: Magnetic couplings with or without integrated motors to suit any size vessel.
