Polyclave

Flexible and Easy To Use Reactor

The Polyclave is a new development of the BEP280 autoclave system.  It has been adapted to make life easier for the user.

The interchangeable vessels are available from 0.25 to 5 litres in glass or stainless steel (or Hastelloy, etc) rated to 12 bar in glass and 60 bar in metal.  A sliding polycarbonate safety screen protects the user while a lifting device and quick action closure make changing vessels easy.

Vessels are stirred using an integrated DC electric motor and magnetic coupling for ease of use and compactness.

Pressure rating from -1 to +60 bar.
Temperature rating from -50oC to +250oC.
